Job Summary: Aspire People is recruiting an accomplished Teaching Specialist to work in a dynamic school environment in Derby, covering various year groups. The successful candidate will be a skilled educator with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of Key Stage 1 students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings to share best practices and collaborative ideas.

Essential Criteria:
  • UK QTS (including ECTs).
  • A minimum of 6 months teaching experience in a school setting.
  • An up-to-date and clean DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
