We're seeking a motivated and empathetic Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a Disability Allowance Evaluator, you'll play a crucial role in assessing the eligibility of claimants for the Government's disability allowance.
About the Job:
In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments of claimants' health conditions/disabilities, observing and recording their daily functioning. Your objective analysis and clear recommendations will help inform decisions that impact people's lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments to evaluate a claimant's health condition or disability
- Prepare detailed reports summarising your findings and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
