**Key Responsibilities**

* Customs Clearance of airfreight shipments using CDS (Sequoia operating system)
* Road Freight exports/imports customs entries including raising T1 documents
* Coordinating with handling agents at Heathrow Airport to obtain release of cargo
* Arranging collections from Heathrow Airport and deliveries to clients nationwide
* Quoting clients
* Administration including raising invoices and passing suppliers invoices for payment
**Requirements**
------------
* Extensive experience in a freight forwarding business and managing key accounts
* Strong attention to detail
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
