We are seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Sales Progressor to join our team at Lawson Property Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and ensuring seamless progression from offer to exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression and effective communication with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and surveyors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the sales experience and increase efficiency.
