We are seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Sales Progressor to join our team at Lawson Property Recruitment. As a key member of our Estate Agency office in Romsey, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and ensuring seamless progression from offer to exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the sales pipeline, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the sales process.
