Job Description

At Pretty Green, we're seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review trading performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring our commercial direction remains on track.
  2. Collaborate with all departments to influence key decisions, driving the commercial success of our company.
  3. Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, securing the best possible deals for Pretty Green.

Product Development:

  1. Work closely with our Designer to develop new seasonal concepts, implementing them with suppliers in line with our critical path.
  2. Manage the sampling process, ensuring a commercial focus with minimal over-development.
  3. Attend garment fit sessions with our Designer and Garment Tech to ensure the commerciality of our collections.

Production:

  1. Lead the Production process, proactively solving price, quality, or delivery issues with suppliers.
  2. Maintain accurate seasonal line detail and company systems, reporting stock, delivery, and margin information as required.
  3. Assess and resolve quality control issues with our Technical Product Developer.
  4. Work with stakeholders on commercial planning, focusing on tactical e-commerce activations.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and Excel skills.
  2. Experience in commercial reporting, trading, and collaborative working.
  3. Experience in Far East and European clothing manufacture, including:
  4. Experience in range building and price architecture strategy.
