**Job Description**
We seek a skilled and compassionate teacher who can lead and support our class teams, comprising one teacher and three to six teaching assistants. As an educator at Oaklands, you will be part of a close-knit team that prioritizes staff wellbeing and workload management. Your application should highlight your experience in supporting SEND pupils in mainstream settings, although this is not essential.
**Salary Information**
The annual salary range for this position is MPS 1 £32,539 – MPS 6 £43,872, inclusive of the SEND Allowance. This competitive remuneration package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining talented professionals who share our passion for delivering high-quality education.
