Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Scrub Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Delivering safe and quality care for patients during their perioperative phase.
  2. Leading and managing a team, coordinating staff training needs and resources.
  3. Assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.
  4. Contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
  5. Developing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of yourself and others.
  6. Applying and promoting best evidence-based practices.
