Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and make their own decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Encourage and facilitate social activities, promoting engagement and interaction with others.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of care and respect.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a caring environment, preferably in mental health services.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with service users.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, as required.
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for making a positive difference to someone else's life.
