About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our multidisciplinary team at Moorlands Neurological Centre in Stoke on Trent. As a Care Professional, you will provide care for neurobehavioural service for men and women over the age of 18 years, who have an acquired brain injury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of service users.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with neurobehavioural service users.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
