Role Overview
In a residential childcare setting, we are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about supporting vulnerable children with autism, ADHD, and associated conditions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in residential childcare, hold a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Job Description:
As a Senior Support Worker at Aspris Children's Services Limited, your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting our young people with daily living experiences and activities tailored to their individual needs
• Collaborating with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home and staff team
• Providing compassionate care and being an integral part of the support team
• Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in our services

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:
1. Resilience: You must be able to handle challenging situations and provide emotional support to our young people.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial in understanding the needs of our young people and relaying important information to other staff members.
3. Organisation: You should be confident and organised in updating care plans and reporting relevant information.
4. Caring Attitude: A caring and compassionate approach is essential in providing the best possible care to our young people.

What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including access to a reward and discount scheme, comprehensive induction, flexible working, commitment to ongoing training and career progression, pension scheme, paid for enhanced DBS, wellbeing support, cycle to work scheme, and more. Estimated annual salary based on the job requirements and London location: £36,500.
