The ideal candidate will be out-going, enthusiastic, and a natural storyteller. They will have a passion for the local neighbourhood and be able to share this with our guests, creating memorable experiences.
The role involves assisting guests with queries, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will be organized, a problem-solver, and have strong communication skills.
