About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Marketing Manager to join our team at Rontec Roadside Retail Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our Ecommerce channel and developing our marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our Ecommerce platform to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with our category managers and retail teams to ensure effective communication and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize our Ecommerce strategy.
  • Lead and develop our Ecommerce Category Analyst and Marketing Coordinator to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Ecommerce management and marketing strategy development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Commercial awareness and a drive to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
