Estelle Manor, a luxury rural retreat in Oxfordshire, seeks an exceptional Spa Director to lead its esteemed Eynsham Baths team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the full spa experience for members and guests.

Job Summary
  • Maximise revenues through effective booking and room utilisation in the spa.
  • Deliver weekly revenue and payroll actuals vs forecast and budget.
  • Implement cutting-edge spa, wellness, and holistic modalities.
  • Drive a culture of excellence and consistency across the Spa & Bath House.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in a premium spa with 5 treatment rooms, excellent leadership skills, and knowledge of wet and heat therapies.
