About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Nursery class team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Early Years education and the ability to deliver high-quality support to our young learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver planned lessons and contribute to lesson planning and preparation
  • Support student development through targeted interventions and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers to maintain a positive learning environment and effective classroom routines
Requirements:
  • A degree closely linked to Education, Early Childhood Studies, or Child Development
  • Previous experience working within Early Years, ideally in Nursery or Reception
  • A confident and enthusiastic approach to classroom management and supporting young learners
  • An HLTA qualification would be advantageous or previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant
