Job Title: Construction Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Surveyor to join our team at Step Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for managing trade packages with subcontractors, agreeing pricing, scope of works, payment, and final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade packages with subcontractors, including agreeing pricing, scope of works, payment, and final accounts
  • Work closely with the commercial director to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and initiatives
  • Provide support to the commercial team as needed

Requirements:

  • 1 year post-graduate experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
