About the Role

We are working with a successful family-run regional contractor based in Central London to find an experienced Senior Estimator to work on tenders across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in main contracting, preferably with experience in residential, education, and commercial projects. They should be able to price from first principles, including taking off using SMM7, and have a good understanding of construction methods and materials.

The contractor uses Causeway and Bluebeam software, so experience with these packages is essential. Additionally, they should be proficient in tendering processes and procedures.

This is an office-based role with some hybrid working as required, offering a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work with a reputable company that values its staff.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £85,000-£95,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
