Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Help clients to manage their medication and provide support with daily living activities
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support
