Buckinghamshire Development Opportunity:
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Residential Sector Manager. This role will involve overseeing the development of 190 traditional built homes and apartments in Buckinghamshire, working closely with surveying and procurement teams to secure sub-contractors and reporting directly to the Build Manager.

About the Role:
As a Residential Sector Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of this high-quality project. Your expertise in building construction, combined with your leadership skills, will enable you to effectively manage the project team and drive results.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with the surveying team to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with procurement to select and appoint sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Report directly to the Build Manager, providing regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in residential sector construction management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card qualifications, or equivalent experience.
