A highly successful independent property consultancy, Beach Baker, is seeking a Property Management Surveyor for their Bristol office. This recruitment follows the successful acquisition of a new client. We are looking for a property management surveyor with at least 2-3 years of experience who will receive considerable support and autonomy to integrate into this growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead property manager for a single client with a regional property portfolio of approximately 8-10 properties, including household offices, leisure, and retail occupiers.
- Strong understanding of budget setting, cost control, and service charge recovery/administration.
- Knowledge of building construction, M&E installations, and contract management.
- Familiarity with lease renewals, rent reviews, and lettings/disposals/acquisitions.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of Property Management software.
- Proven commercial property management experience.
