At RBW Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with technical pharmaceutical experience looking to transition into business development.

We work exclusively with a CDMO with ambitious growth plans, offering exposure to new and challenging work due to internal promotions. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will manage existing customers and participate in proposal and quote processes for new clients.

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and coordination skills to interact with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Key experience includes:

  • A commercial, business development, or inside sales background within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry
  • A strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging of non-sterile products
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in data collation, report writing, and administrative duties
  • Previous customer and/or third-party contact experience

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
