**Job Summary:**

The Senior Consultant – Investment Performance Attribution will deliver detailed attribution analysis across a variety of portfolios, covering multiple asset classes and investment vehicles. The ideal candidate is a thought leader with strong analytical skills and relevant experience. This role requires high precision in generating performance attribution results for clients and various internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Serve as a subject matter expert** on performance and analytics, promoting best practices across the firm for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellence in attribution analysis and GIPS composites.
  • **Develop and implement a strategic roadmap** for performance analytics, collaborating with vendors and internal partners to achieve optimal results.
  • **Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives** to provide standardized and customized reports efficiently and accurately.
  • **Oversee data processes** to ensure compliance with accuracy and timeliness standards, maintaining robust governance and data quality controls.
  • **Work with cross-functional teams** to assess current operations and design future-state models, processes, and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
  • **Contribute to global data governance standards**, ensuring consistency and high-quality data across teams.
  • **Identify and implement process improvements** to boost operational efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements:**

  • **Strong understanding of investment management**, with expertise in equity and fixed income strategies, and familiarity with financial technology systems. Knowledge of alternative investments and performance attribution analysis is advantageous.
  • **Experience with attribution analysis**; familiarity with BlackRock Solutions' Aladdin analytics is preferred.
  • **Experience driving digital transformation and automation for efficiency and scalability**.
