We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Exemplar Health Care in the North East region.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of our residents.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A driving license and access to a car, as you will be required to travel between our services in the North East region.
