Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Manager to join our team at one of our Epsom locations. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of valeting professionals, ensuring the highest quality standards are met in vehicle preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of valeting staff to ensure efficient and effective vehicle preparation.
  • Conduct quality checks on new and used vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Organize and coordinate daily duties on site to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of team leadership and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Age 18+ and a valid age verification document.
