Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with NMC registration to join our team as a Clinical Skills Educator. You will be responsible for delivering training sessions, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical skills training programs within the hospice.

The ideal candidate will have experience of performing clinical skills such as PICC lines, IV additives & Bolus, female and male catheterisation, drains, and supervision and support of staff or students within a clinical setting. Teaching and assessment of staff and/or students in mandatory training competence and compliance is also essential.

In this role, you will work closely with the Training and Development Manager to create a productive learning environment and collaborate with senior staff to deliver tailored induction and development programs.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
