Job Description

The Rotherham Hospice is seeking a skilled Clinical Skills Educator to join their team. This role involves leading practice development and education within the clinical workforce through work-based learning, training, and program design.

The post holder will work closely with the Training and Development Manager to create a productive learning environment and deliver tailored induction and development programs for nursing staff, associates, HCSWs, and students.

The estimated salary for this position is around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Deliver training sessions that are reflective of the hospice's policies and procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality clinical skills training under direction and supervision.
  • Deliver simulated practical clinical skills sessions relating theory to practice for students and learners.
