Join Kier Group as a Graduate Building Surveyor

We are seeking a talented Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Transportation team based in Hertfordshire. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in assisting in the inspection, assessment, and management of buildings and construction projects, ensuring they meet relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits and building inspections to assess the condition, identify defects, and evaluate repair or maintenance needs.
  • Assist in preparing detailed reports, surveys, and specifications for repair, refurbishment, or new construction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements.
  • Support senior surveyors in project management, including monitoring costs, timelines, and contractor performance.
