We're looking for a skilled Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Transportation team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and building inspections to assess the condition, identify defects, and evaluate repair or maintenance needs.
  • Assist in preparing detailed reports, surveys, and specifications for repair, refurbishment, or new construction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements.
  • Support senior surveyors in project management, including monitoring costs, timelines, and contractor performance.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Building Surveying or a related field.

The role of Graduate Building Surveyor is great for you if:

  • Knowledge of building regulations, construction technology, and health and safety standards in the UK.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify building defects and assess the condition of properties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and engage with clients.
