Stratton Wealth Management is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Paraplanner to join our team in Manchester. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planners in providing high-quality advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out research and analysis to support the development of financial plans and investment strategies.
- Write suitability reports and letters to clients, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with client meetings and provide technical support to financial planners.
- Manage and update back-office data, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the administration team to ensure that all client work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a financial services role.
- CII Level 4 Certificate in Paraplanning or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
