We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Greggs bakery team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Leading and motivating a team of store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Managing store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and customer service standards
- Collaborating with other store managers and head office teams to share best practices and drive business growth
