About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced retailer to lead our Skelmersdale store and inspire a team of paid staff and volunteers to achieve great things together. As a Store Manager, you will work effectively and efficiently to maximise income from sales, gift aid, and other promotional activities, while driving donations from the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a great store offer and standards, inspiring your team to give amazing customer service
  • Raise funds for and promote the work of YMCA within the local community
  • Motivate, develop, and inspire your team of paid staff and volunteers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, using your commercial awareness to drive sales and income
