Culinary Art Expert

We are seeking a talented Culinary Art Expert to lead our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Rossendale, UK.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of various culinary techniques and cuisines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dish Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes according to our menu, ensuring excellent presentation, taste, and portioning.
• Kitchen Operations: Monitor food inventory, assist with stock control, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods and contribute to developing new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.
• Food Safety: Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
• Culinary Knowledge: Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Food Hygiene Certification: Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
