Multi-Trade Repair Specialist

We are looking for an Experienced Plumber Technician to join our Repairs Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance across occupied residential properties.
Responsibilities:- Carry out a range of plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and repairing and replacing taps, showers, toilets, and pipes.
- Perform basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and floor laying to restore properties to a liveable standard.
- Manage your own day and workload effectively, using job tickets or handheld devices to log all work accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring minimal disruption while working in tenants' homes.
- Follow all health and safety policies and ensure work is carried out in line with relevant standards and regulations.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £54,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
