Automotive Career Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Fitter and Repair Specialist to join our team at Motofix Accident Repair Centres in Oxford. This exciting opportunity involves removing mechanical, electrical and trim items prior to panel repair, undertaking fault-finding and ordering replacement parts, as well as re-assembling vehicles as required.

The estimated salary for this role is £56,000 per annum plus bonus. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in geometry, ADAS and diagnostic work using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Strip and repair vehicle panels to a high standard
  • Conduct thorough fault-finding and analysis
  • Order and fit replacement parts
  • Develop skills in geometry, ADAS and diagnostic work
Essential Skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle body repair
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality repairs
