- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; certification in healthcare or social work is an asset.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
