Customer Service and Office Manager

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Office Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the office administration, including maintaining accurate records, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and office efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or office management role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
