About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our learners. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that our learners receive the best possible training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our learners;
  • Mentor and support learners to achieve their goals;
  • Ensure resources reflect and value the diversity of learners' experience;
  • Support the development of Maths and English skills with all learners;
  • Track learner progress and provide regular feedback;
  • Deliver physical training using the bib system during all sessions;
  • Deliver Military Training Days that follow the military skills portfolios scheme of work in a cyclical manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within one of the uniformed services (minimum 3 years);
  • Military or civilian Physical Training qualification;
  • Desirable: GCSE's Maths & English qualification, knowledge of vocational qualifications or the education sector, teaching qualification or experience of teaching or instructing, experience of working with young people.

Perks:

  • Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum;
  • 26 days annual leave + Bank Holidays;
