**Teaching Personnel: Supporting Students with Special Needs**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Assistant to join our team in a SEN setting. This rewarding role involves working with children who have diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Learning Difficulties, and Behaviour Issues.

About the Role:

You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to provide support and guidance to students. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting students in groups and on a 1:1 basis, being flexible in responding to the ever-changing needs within the school, and building positive relationships with pupils.

  • Experience in SEN/SEMH settings (personal or professional)
  • Enthusiasm for helping students reach their full potential
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding. You will also need to be comfortable working with technology and adaptable to changing situations.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £12.90 per hour, paid term-time only. We offer a competitive benefits package, including ongoing training and development opportunities.
