Key Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and develop new business strategies to drive growth.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
