Lead the Way as a Technical Program Lead with ENGINEERINGUK

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Lead to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our digital products, from conception to decommissioning.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop a compelling vision and strategy for your product.
  • Prioritise the delivery of value to users while balancing competing priorities and constraints.
  • You will represent user needs throughout the product lifecycle, supporting a multi-disciplinary team to bring the product to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, user-centric design, and data-driven decision-making. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a keen interest in the intersection of technology, business, and user needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of digital products and develop a deep understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of product management.
