Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Facilities Management Team. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the Heads of Service in the running of all services within the Facilities Directorate.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to facilities staff, establishing and developing working relationships with ward and departmental managers.
- Manage facilities staff in line with Trust Policies and procedures.
- Support the development of effective working relationships and regular communications between teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, the ability to motivate staff, and a proven ability to create effective working relationships. A GCSE level education or equivalent is required, along with numerical awareness and the ability to write reports. Previous experience working within operational facilities is essential.
