MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Claims Intervention Handler to join our client's team. As a Claims Intervention Handler, you will play a crucial role in handling third-party claims and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve commercial goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to successfully capture third parties and achieve commercial goals.
- Support the follow-up process in handling claims and mitigating claims spend.
- Ensure all claims are processed with an eye for potential fraud, exaggeration, and indemnity.
- Review claims processes and recommend changes.
- Support technical intervention claims matters in respect of questions/escalated customer scenarios and calls/liability referrals.
**Requirements:**
