About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements
  • A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
  • A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment.
  • Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
  • An effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and their loved ones.
  • A passion to coach, guide, and support your team, as well as provide formal and informal programmes of training to colleagues and other care professionals.
  • A respectful and compassionate team player with a commitment to giving your personal best.
