Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and making a positive impact on their lives.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Coaching and guiding the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals
  • Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
  • A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment
  • Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity
  • An effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and their loved ones
  • A passion to coach, guide, and support your team, as well as provide formal and informal programs of training to colleagues and other care professionals
  • A respectful and compassionate team player with a commitment to giving your personal best
