Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Regional Investigation and Improvement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations and presenting findings to support the improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into care delivery issues and present findings to support service improvement.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement at our sites, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure that work practices and environments meet the requirements of health and safety legislation.
  • Maintain and promote the health, safety, and security of everyone at our sites.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and openness through reflective practice.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administration skills, including record keeping and report writing.
  • Ability to balance empathy with fact-finding and confidence to challenge responses.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to clearly define and present findings.
