Administrative Support Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Clerical Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in the Radiology Department at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the department, including reception duties, managing patient appointments, answering patient enquiries, and handling medical records. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Radiology Department
- Manage patient appointments and medical records
- Answer patient enquiries and provide information
- Use computers and data input to maintain accurate records
- Liaise with NHS professionals, support staff, and the general public to ensure an efficient and effective service
Requirements
- GCSE level or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and be flexible with regard to days and hours
- Experience in an office environment
