Job Title: Lead Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at Carrington West. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading geotechnical projects and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead geotechnical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site investigations, design, and analysis of geotechnical projects.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate geotechnical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Civil Engineer with a postgraduate qualification in geotechnics or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in geotechnical engineering, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong technical skills, including finite element analysis, geotechnical design, and project planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
