Housing Association Service Technician

MarkMay is seeking a highly skilled Housing Association Service Technician to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and contribute to the delivery of high-quality service and breakdown support to residents in CM/SG/EN areas.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing routine maintenance and repair services
- Responding to emergency breakdowns
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed
We are offering a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of domestic gas systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
