Job Title: Assistant Head of Year

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Head of Year to join our team. As a key member of the year team, you will provide essential support to the Head of Year in ensuring the well-being and academic success of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review student progress, attendance, and behaviour data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain regular contact with parents to encourage their involvement in their child's education and address any concerns.
  • Undertake daily break/lunch duties, registration cover, and invigilation as required to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong knowledge of child development and behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviour.
  2. Experience working with students who require additional support to achieve their full potential.
