Job Title: Human Factors-Safety Specialist Location: Various locations across the UK Salary: Competitive Job Summary: As a Principal Engineer at BAE Systems, you will play a key role in providing technical direction to engineers and supporting the development of individuals and teams to enhance skills and competencies. You will be responsible for undertaking assessments of functional design and/or providing qualification and evidence for acceptance, fitness for purpose, legislative requirements, and safety. You will also support the delivery of safety cases and work closely with stakeholders at different levels.
